Seems like there's still a huge untapped worldwide market for the Network. There's no way 80% of all the people in the world who care enough about WWE to eventually get the Network are in the US.
Poor promotion is the problem. In most countries they show the edited Raw/Smackdow replays where they cut out most references to the Network (since it pretty much focuses on the matches/relevant promo's). Hell, I didn't even fukking know I could get the Network over here until I decided to randomly see if there was a way to get it because I wanted to watch WM31 live.
But you also gotta keep in mind that pro wrestling is still very much an American sport that outside of the UK and Japan really isn't that big. And then in that smaller fanbase there are only few die-hards who are willing spend $9.99 a month for the content that the network offers.
