Small thing happened that solidified Rusev as a face, when swerved the handshake and AJ punched him, Rusev didn't attack AJ, if he was heel he would've done that.

I think what could happen is that English begins to annoy Rusev, English costs Rusev the match at Extreme Rules and that leads to Rusev vs English at SummerSlam.

Thats like Eddie vs Chavo or Miz vs Riley

English needs to be put in a box and sent back to OVW NXT once this "Rusev Day" fizzles out
