There definitely was also an agenda at work to prevent another chick from getting eliminated because there's no reason Amanda shouldn't have been in the bottom three after she quit on a challenge (which literally means she wasn't tough enough) and Chelsea getting a random pass despite her injury because she's been cleared to compete again.

OVW was being run by Jim Cornette at the time and dude had zero patience with the projects WWE gave him.
