A majority of the time, blading makes absolutely no sense in wrestling. They got carried away with that shyt in the 90s, and it honestly ruined the product. I think in the right circumstance, it can add to the match though (e.g. Austin/Bret's at WM).

I remember Smackdown from at least 02 to 07 would always blur out blood too so they started it before July 08.

What they should've did was ban blading but let matches continue if someone bleeds. It makes us remember that they can still get hurt despite the show being scripted.

Flair used to bleed in every match in the 80s. This dude used to just get beat up for 30 minutes and rollup for the win

You can still blade on occasion without looking like that. guys ike Dusty were ikely blading at regular house shows, not just big events.

But, if you look closely at HHH hairline, you can still see the blade job from Royal Rumble match against Foley. Cena has also had several super bloody matches.

Rocky killed me with the blood capsules in his mouth. He only bladed a few times in his career but he would sell the hell out of them "internal injuries"
