your whole premise implies the vaccine does nothing or is ineffective which we know to be demonstrably false. see those people who got vaccinated and still died after getting covid would have likely been still alive had more people gotten the vaccine to further reduce the transmission of covid. this is why large adoption of the vaccine by the population is important to eliminate or heavily reduce the amount of breakthrough cases.
