That is wild...if it was me (like the title asks) I would be mad, but it looks like the baby was unhealthy from jump. It was an emergency C-Section and it was about to be born 3 months premature. Even if everything went okay with the delivery itself, it still would've been a gamble as to if the child would be okay. Bad as it would hurt, I think I would understand that things like that happen.

The fucced up part is that he tried to cover it up. He gon get that work (let "work" = "pockets dug"), and frankly that's punishment enough because he'll never deliver another baby again. Let him die breathing...


EDIT - Re-read it and saw where he refused a C-Sec nd wouldn't let them go to another hospital. Yeah, fucc this dude. Louima status.

Sad shyt man. I couldn't even and don't want to imagine. Worse part is they won't even be awarded a lot. Doctor's insurance and the hospital paperwork covers them for a lot of malpractice like this.
