Detroit still half empty. There’s lots of opportunity for anyone who wants it.
Dude talking outta his assdo you know there are people making 24-30k a year that actually have to pay rent out of that income? and she's going to be one those people now. if her property taxes was $2k a year, that's $167 a month.
200$ in property taxes is a steal compared to what she's going to be paying in rent nowShe was over her head from the start dude she was destined to fail by not making enough money

Sure it is when you don't have a mortgageShe was making 2k a month that equates to about 24 to 30 k a year , that is not a living wage dude
you were done before you started.I'm done with this![]()
I followed a guy on YouTube who managed alot of those run down properties in Detroit for people who lived else where sometimes even overseas. There are so many beautiful brick homes that were left abandoned up there and the amount of people squatting is crazy
really doesn't require much besides for doing your research on it and networking with people who are already in the business. DJ Envy and Angela Yee of the breakfast club have properties they buy for cheap, fix up and rent out. Most Bro's do not have the collateral to invest in those old homes or the business savvy to pull it off
