Personally I think it's fine where it's at now
just making the show gory to be gory wouldn't improve it IMOThis version of Wolverine isn't really trying to kill people like that anyway.

Honestly how often did he do that in comics? We're not talking about Punisher MAX or something (which was probably the most hardcore marvel ever got)
Based on what I've looked up about his character, Sunspot is a rich kid from a family that runs a multi-billion-dollar company in the comics.
So X-Men '97 is accurate.

nah, the only thing theyre missing from when he was that age is his temper. Everything else spot on.
