Isn't Apocalypse the result of them saving their timeline from the events of Days of Future Past?

Age of Apocalypse is just an expanded days of future past ...thats why on the TAS they sort of combined the 2 into 1 story.. And we can not forget Singer only knows TAS ...
They shold have done AoA after X3... This way we all thought X was dead and then in XM: LAst Class .. they travel in time to fix .... ummm.... fix Jean I guess since she's the one that killed Charles...

No ... like I just said earlier days of future past on TAS was a combination of both stories...
In AoA, Legion (X's son) goes back in time to kill Magneto and kills charles instead..
It doesn't make sense. You can laugh just thinking about it. There is no fukking way that characters like Magneto, Sinister, or Apocalypse can be arrested.

Oswald and Ruby not remembering could also be because they werent there and it was the shapeshifter.
I dont think Emma is powerful enough to control 2 people at the same time unless she was using cerebro.
I see what you mean now....the "Oswald" in the book warehouse was a shape shifter & the "Ruby" who shot the real Oswald was also a shape shifter, quite possibly the same one.

The way I see it... Mystique Oswald (MO) was in the warehouse... While the Real Oswald (RO) got arrested. Real Ruby (RR) was somebody there knew from the Hellfire club... After RO was spotted in Dallas doing whatever his actions where something MO copied. After MO was spotted in warehouse RO got arrested. RO was saying he didnt do anything etc... While RO was being transferred MR shot and killed RO to stop him from speaking .... RR was probably sick with cancer anyway so he didnt care is lived out his years in jail.
Edit: So i'm doing some other research and Layla Miller has the power to resurrect someone from the dead .. she is from hell's kitchen and has ties to X-factor and quicksilver ...maybe
