Idris Alba to play Cyclops....what kind of a drunk casting director would you be breh...
If they do a race change, because get real, Bishop isn't a permanent member of the Xmen and because of his stature and charisma, he needs a character that would be just as big as him.

Lets finish this:
Storm is integral to the Xmen. White fanboys were pissed she got with Black Panther because its racist to put two black people together. They were triggered she was taken out of the Xmen and into the Avengers world. But that was a ruse because they were really mad at seeing her being paired with a black man. For years she wasn't seen as being "black" but as an "other". Clarimont really was the writer who made her exotic. Blue cat light eyes, angular face, white straight hair. She wasn't "black" to them. ANd to see one of their iconic waifus being paired with a black man was dubbed being "racist" that only bw should be paired with anyone other than black. But they didn't have a problem with Cyc and Jean or RIchard/Sue Reid.

where? you keep saying white boys were mad that they were a black couple, but where? i have never heard someone say its racist to put two black people together ever in my damn life when referring to comics. most people get upset that black people are spun off with white men and women. youre talking ruses like theres some secret conversation going on that white fans are having and its complete nonsense. nad a lot of people have a problem with scott and jean being together, but it has nothing to do with race

During the marriage, Hudlin expanded on her family background, something that was NEVER done prior to the marriage. She was ALWAYS regulated as a yessaboss and a background character who experienced no growth. She abandoned the Morlocks, you kidding me? Jean and Shadowcat had more development and more screentime than storm who was regulated to just throwing thunderbolts.

the leader of xmen gold was a background character? jeans development came at bursts of her life then get gets put on the shelf. most people rather kitty would have remained in the bullet rather than what bendis had done to her. jeans an original xmen. her having more facetime in a movie shouldnt be a shock. but kitty? i havent seen the last movie, but she was a foot note in days, where she should have been a major player

what?? Sue IS the Fantastic Four. Their wont be one without her. TChalla is now the most important black man in comics, and the most important one in Marvel. He's now one of the most famous marvel characters. He needs a yin to his yang that has as much prestige and popularity as him. Unless you are cool with Oreo (yes I spelled it right) being regulated to Logan's bootycall and a background character behind some cac bytches on the X-Plantation. This is why they decided to rekindle their relationship because it was stupid to break them up in the first place.

there wouldnt be a fantastic four without any of them, and many side stories have shown the effect of one of them missing completely changing the dynamic. other than for franklin and vals sake, she isnt more important than the other. she definitely isnt the most popular member, and her major claim to fame is leading namor on into thinking something can happen between them. youre the only on this prestige train, when most people want character that are good together, or they just dont care. storm and tchalla are terrible together because them being together has to change the dynamic of one of their core facets.

i honestly dont know why i addressed all this madness. i should have left it ignored.
