Here is what is going to happen. Seth has the belt on Smackdown, Steph chooses him as the #1 pick thinking she will have the WWE Championship, Shane picks Ambrose #2 and then they declare the match was a draw thus giving the title back to Dean and Smackdown with the WWE Champion. This will lead to Steph making Seth the World Heavyweight Champion the Raw after Battleground.
