Go to your doctor tell them you've been having panic attacks-- increased heart rate, emotionally and mentally shut down for a period of 15-45 minutes, clammy skin etc, desire to be alone In situations where you'd typically feel comfortable. They should prescribe you valium, Ativan, klonopin or Xanax. For real general anxiety disorder, I'd pick Klonopin than Ativan. But Ativan makes you hallucinate. Valium is like a mix of klonopin and Xanax except smoother.I really do need to come up there though lol

you can die off the withdraws breh. please do not mess with xanax. you will become addicted. stick to weed.
People don't understand how horrible those prescription meds really are for you. People always think because a doctor gave them to you then they're OK. A lot of this stuff comes with so much warnings and people still take them cause a doctor told them too.

the memory loss can happen in small amounts, thats more of an in-the-moment thing with alcohol. but extreme use yes you will damage the hell out of your longterm memory
as far as withdrawal, yea it can be bad. rarely have had to face it, will have to dose down over time when i quit because cold turkey would lead to seizures

You can die off the withdrawls if you're an idiot.....just like with anything else. If you're prescribed them you can taper off and be fine.

Why? I casually use benzos. I was prescribed and tapered off them, just as I described.ok breh. enjoy that hell you will go thru.

Take it from someone who has frequently abused Xanax... it's not worth it.... You will have bad anxiety like 3 days later out of nowhere...waking up with your heart pumping at 4am from a scarey dream and cant go back to sleep.
The last time I took Xanax was I think the week before last... But I've learned if I smoke just 1-2 small hits of weed it's 100x more beneficial than xanax, without the bad side effects.
Also be careful Xanax wthdrawls are FATAL and can cause DEATH.... luckily I've never been addicted to them, or took them THAT frequently where I've had serious withdrawals.
If anybody wants to know what Xanax feels like, basically it dulls your brain.... No worries, and you feel loose, and chill... hard to explain... But it's a boring drug. It really only works good if you suffer from anxiety.
Edit: Also your short-term memory will GET fukkED UP.

I prefer pain killers over weed anyday but that activis with sprite is my downer of choice
