Im in line to play it now, I'll give you guys my impressions.
Played it liked it, my main complaint is no real dodge button so if a negro is trying to wail on you wtf do you do. It's kind of like darksiders but with interaction with other worlds

not exactly like Darksiders but you run up on a bunch of trolls say and then you have fast and strong melee attacks as well as spells (that work on a timer).
Now that I'm at my PC I can give more details
So you start with 500 souls to make your character. after you're decked you make allegiance to a "God" similar to GoW: Ascension :ohh: There's dark, light and void they grant you different buffs. i choose dark which focuses on melee.
You run around killing things for souls, getting higher combos grants you more souls, sometimes weakened enemies can be executed which again grants more souls.
The game has multiplayer but its a little different, when other people are in the same world as you, you can see there ghost and effect there world by either blessing or cursing them.
I had a banish spell so if some bad guys run up on me i can banish them to the other players world and they'll attack home dude in the other world.
You also can interact with humans you can eat them for health, if they worship you can call them up and they'll attack ppl for you.
the big difference id say between this and darksiders per se is that it's hard to dodge (unless i didnt know how to do it) or counter, so when i went up against another tough character i got my butt whipped.
edit: it sounds like they wont really release, theyre going to keep making the beta bigger and bigger till they release. so no solid release

Yeah I'm at PAX from the sound of it they might not launch the best till another month or so again that's speculation.
I don't want to oversell the combat, it's not ground breaking or anything hopefully you unlock more combos as you level up and the combos get better. The developer was the one who made the comparison to darksiders not me
