The XB1 simply won't use the processing power.
So certain games like Destiny you won't be able to snap then?

Has nothing to do with if kinect is plugged in of not. And snap "record that" ect will still work

10% gpu increase isn't going to help much. Alls Bungie did was console parity, they came out and basically said as much.
