It should automatically start downloading. You can't just install and run from the disc because it was designed to run on the PPC platform. You are downloading RDR with fixes to make sure it runs well on your XGOAT.

If you don't already have it you can go to Xbox.com and buy it digitally for 360 and then you can DL it on your XB1/
