Was Uncharted and The Last of Us created before Naughty Dog was acquired by Sony or well after? Call of Duty, Minecraft, and Elder Scrolls existed well before Microsoft got involved and they had nothing to do with the creation of them.

You might have a case for Indiana Jones because the origin of that is pretty close with the acquisition time line.

I mean it's a major issue. You see teams under Nintendo and Sony create major franchises all the time. You don't see too many teams under Microsoft do the same.
hard to say Nintendo creates major franchises all the time, when most of their major franchises were created in the 80's

Splatoon (29 million), Pokemon (480 million), Animal Crossing (79 million), Smash Bros(73 million), Xenoblade (8 million), Pikmin (10 million), F-Zero (5 million), Brain Age (35 million) Big Brain Academy(11 million) none of those were created in the 80s.

Yeah I've had this "IP was created before acquired" argument before and it's like talking to a brick wall. They know damn well what I mean by that but want to act stupid.
Because yall don’t apply it evenly.

Got some games to remove from your sony stan list if that’s the standard we are rolling with.:shaq:

You can say whatever you want about stan this and stan that but most people aren't interested in buying Microsoft hardware even to play their games. At this point they are shedding around 20 million users each console generation for the last 2 in a row. If the next console continues that trend that started after the 360's release into the Xbox One and now the Series consoles they won't even sell what the Wii U sold.

This is like Japan selling lots of Toyotas in the US.

It’s like, OK…we still sonned y’all in WW2, y’all raised the white flag, and are only selling Toyotas here because we allow y’all to.

:snooze:
the last xbots fighting the good fight are like those japanese soldiers still holding out on some island dolo 50 years later :mjlol:

It’s obviously not because of the games. Yall tried to say the games were bad until they make it to playstation and become best sellers on the platform.

Truth is, people have picked their brand and they are more or less stuck there.

Your math is off.

You're right my math is off. If anything I was being generous because the actual numbers are far worse than 20 million per generation. The 360 to One lost about 26 million or more customers. The Xbox One to Series as of now is about 29 million lost.

The Xbox 360 sold into the 84 million range
E3 2014: $399 Xbox One Out Now, Xbox 360 Sales Rise to 84 million

The Xbox One sold into the upper 58 million range at best.
Microsoft finally admits Xbox One sales were less than half of the PS4
Sony has surpassed Microsoft in terms of console sales and installed base, having sold more than twice as many Xbox in the last generation,” admits Microsoft, as translated from Portuguese.
Sony no longer report PS4 shipments, which means lifetime sales sit at 117.2 million as of March. While Microsoft hasn’t provided a concrete sales number for Xbox One, its admission means the company must have sold less than approximately 58.5 million units.
The Xbox Series consoles are likely just now cracking 30 million per Take-Two's numbers that pegged them at 29 million sold.

Other estimates are higher and the generation is far from over.

Like clockwork when you stans can’t back up your stannary you run to console sales numbers.

You claimed xbox couldn’t/didnt/hasn’t made any successful IP with their studios.

That was a lie.

Making up numbers about console sales has nothing to do with the original point you tried to make.

You gave a date and I listed games created after the date. If you didn't want the 90s included that should have been the date.
how silly of me to think of games like Mario, Zelda, and Metroid when talking about Nintendo's major franchises. how could I forget Brain Age :snoop:
