Just to give you some info the director for this not only did the Wackness but they did that Seth Rogen, Joseph Gordon Levitt joint 50/50 and Warm Bodies too, so he seems to be a dude who knows a thing or too about decent character flicks which is refreshing given how this could have been.

Its a good look, Xbox is getting into the Netflix, Hulu, Amazon series on demand business so creativley it has some potental. Hope it turns out well.
