Nothing happens to snap. It works now and forever. If a game comes out that won't allow you to use snap while in game?
Then you can't use snap while in that particular game. The world will not end over it

Dumbass, Kinect just makes everything work better, smoother, faster.
If you in a game and you want to go to TV. With kinect you say Xbox, go to TV
Without Kinect you'll have to hit the home button, then go into "games and apps" then you'll have to browse thru all that til you get to the app/game you want to play

You won't be able to change channels with your voice, mute Tv with it. ETC.

For the $100 price difference, I'd take the kinect 100% of the time. For those who don't know any better
