IF we go all digital, wouldn't the game maker then set the prices for their games? The down side is that AAA games that we know will sell will probably go up, but for other games that are just okay, and didn't invest as much in making the game I could see them being less.

Kind of like how angry birds is $1 basic gameplay and a game like modern combat and nova are like $7...don't in pretty much every all-digital marketplaces the people who put their apps or games up set the price?

Call of Duty Black Ops is still like 20 or 30 bucks new on store dlc for any call of duty still 15 bucks or some shyt like that. Them nikkas don't care, don't fall for the BS. The price only drops, when they can't sell @ the pace they want breh, TRUST ME!

I know some games will stay high, supply and demand, but when the demand for a games drop in a future all digital marketplace , theats when we can have crazy sales from the devs to get the demand up, without costing them a penny since its all digial.

Microsoft to a certain extent control the prices of some of the stuff that goes up on Live with weird rules they have. Valve tried to make their Left 4 Dead DLC free & Microsoft shut that down & forced them to charge because it had achievements in it. Plus Microsoft has to get their cut for hosting the content on the Live servers.

Going all digital download will just give Microsoft & developers the ability to completely control the prices. Since going to a Gamestop or other option & buying it used won't be an option they will basically have you by the balls :buddychrist:

probably won't be gaming anymore around that time, but they got me by the balls already I can't give up gaming right now and sony doesn't have any games that make my want PS4


Damn I forgot about family share for a moment , I just need that one friend who has to have all the games to add me
