Honestly this far in, if you can work a blender and microwave, you can work a PC. Anytime I hear someone talking about how "complicated" a PC is, I hit them with . Youtube and TomsHardware site exist, there's no excuses anymore. If you can remember the FGP of your favorite ballers, you can, learn how to replace RAM, GPU and everything else.

i'm against PS4 Pro and Scorpio.. 4K gaming is a small upgrade and i believe they should have just waited about another 3 years and release new systems with the latest technology..

Actually, they don't... I care about overall upgrades over minor upgrades. The failure of this is you will not get major upgrades because publishers want to make money. They are not gonna take advantage of the new hardware if the games will not perform on the old hardware.. There are 53 Million PS4s out there and maybe a million PS4 pro systems out there so all you will see is a slight upgrade.. Not like Battlefield 1 on PS4 pro looks like BF1 on PC Ultra.. To me, that's a failure..4K TVs ain't nothing special about them at the moment..
