Microsoft had me do all steps and then when it came to "Reviewing my order" the finalize sale button was disabled. Refreshed and my cart error'd out. Manually put in the cart URL and it showed empty.
Amazon was 2 clicks when it was finally up. Got that 6 month 0% equal payments just for the fukk of it because it's enabled on my account.
