They never fed anything in regards to power.... the xbox one was suppose to be an entertainment device. The xbox one x was marketed as the gaming device and that what it was... Powerful one at that as they said.

I found this online from 2013.

So you see the PS4/X1's CPU/GPU(since it was an APU) costed them roughly $100. At that time a Radeon HD 7850 would've been around $249 and for X1 a HD 7790 or so would've been cheaper and to get a comparable CPU you'd need at least an AMD FX4100 which was around $115 so the "man this ____ is the cost of the console alone!" point really has no bearing for the most part. They most likely had this build solidified since 2012 a year before it even came out.

You don't think a Zen 2 8 core AMD CPU and a RTX 2070~2080 equivalent GPU in the new consoles will achieve 4K 60fps or 1440P 120fps? Cost has no bearing on console build. MSFT/SONY aren't going to newegg and buying a RTX 2080 Super.

No it isn’t. Where the hell did u get that info?. Smh. It’s more like a stronger Radeon 5700XT. More around a 2070 or 2070 Super to be exact. NOT a 2080 Super. Also. The CPU is gonna be around like a Custom and expanded Ryzen 3.

nikka cut the price literally in HALF and the 2080ti STILL will cost more than the entire Series X console. AMD doesn't even have an answer for a 2080ti in their GPU market yet.

nikka like I told the last person. Chop the price in half and it’s still more than the entire console. Also. AMD does NOT have a GPU on the market that is even on par with the 2080 or 2080 Super yet. Let alone a 2080ti. Their strongest GPU is hovering around a 2070. Series X has more power than 5700XT. But not by THAT much. It’s gonna be rivaling a 2070 Super. Which is great but like I said when the last gen consoles and the refreshes released. nikkas need to stop being unrealistic.

50% off. That’s $700. 65% off is around 490. Still around the full price of the console. In which they already selling at a loss. 2070 Super makes more sense. Especially if they are getting discounts and wanna keep the price of the console to a reasonable state. Series X is gonna be the best bang for ur buck gaming machine period. The price and power ratio will be literally unmatched. But let’s please be realistic.

I got this from online reading. They said that RDNA 2's efficiency gains if going by the rumors are true would put a 12TF RDNA 2 GPU comparable to a turing 2080TI

On paper, the GPU in the Xbox Series X is faster than a GeForce RTX 2080 Super | PC Gamer
It may be wrong though We'll see.
