Tora is a tank, Nia is my healer and I got two attackers and one tank (to boost my HP)

I hate when Nia be slacking on the potions...stressing me out

Mor Ordain wasn't as visually pleasing and fun to explore as Gormott and Uraya.

You have a tank blade on Rex? That's a no no. Tank blades go on tanks only (so the one tank you get after Chapter 4). Tank blades draw aggro by default which is something you never want with Rex. You want arts the decrease aggro

Yeah, Mor Ordain is pretty ugly. Story wise they give reasons why with the titan basically being close to dying but it's still ugly. Wait till you see Leftheria though

They telegraph it halfway though the quest that dude is going to die but its still heavy. Dude dies while Vess is making dinner causing the plate to drop to the floor since blades convert back to cores when the driver dies. Its almost like she dies as well.

Poppi at the end when she told Rex that she wasn't allowed to carry him across the chasm there is no damn reason that what SHOULD be a gag character can hit the feels button so many times. Everyone found time to look out for Poppi - Tora's sleazeball ass was just along for the ride . One more thing, Zeke and Morag are some really well written characters considering the variety of tones in this game. Zeke could've been a joke character really easily, but his attitude makes a ton of sense for a guy who's cheated death the way he has. Raised by two scumbags on top of that, plus there's a short bit where he mentions Blade brothels "Core crystals with a picture of a cute girl to the side" while he looked at Pandoria. Dude is happy in spite of two a$$hole kings raising him, and bandit fukkery everyone else only hints at. Morag in general is just

I added one tank as my third blade to raise my HP. But yeah...Nia needs all healers. She annoys me when she don't keep those potions flowing.

Is anchor shot worth powering up the highest?

That little HP nudge ain't ever gonna amount to shyt tbh The best thing you can do for the vast majority of the game (at least until you get really good with the battle system, and you'll know clearly when that happens) is make sure your people stick to the roles. When people start doing other shyt, you're gonna take Ls unless you're good at manipulating your team's AI. For example, starting a blade combo with a certain element in order to 'encourage' a party member to follow up that combo with the appropriate element to continue on - which also happens to be a healer blade that you've already configured for burst healing. Dual tank aggro to even out damage and keep your enemies turning in circles to spread AoE effectively, stuff like that.

Mor Ardain isn't so much an open area to explore. There's a few facility type locations to check out though. The next few places definitely aren't like it though.

Also, Anchor Shot is reliable topple, two hits (each can crit potentially), and provides heals. You losing if you unequip it.

I had to use an overdrive to move a blade to Nia. Same blade that i moved from Nia to Rex long before i knew how rare them shyt shyts were. Total waste of 2


If nintendo sold these shyts for $5 a pop id cop a few

I'll tell you what my load out was

Rex with Mythra/Roc/Wulfric
Nia with Adenine/Dromarch/Vess
4th party member/2nd tank with their default blade/Perceval/Theory

With this load out every body has a defined role as ATK/HLR/TNK but also every element is represented. That allowed me to put 5, 6, 7 orbs on enemies at a time to set up massive chain attacks. Also made elemental bursts easin
Perceval and Adenine were opened with random core crystals but the other were through side quests or story missions. So you can quite the diverse line up without having to put up with RNG bs.

Morag doesn't really shine unless you throw those agility boost items on her.

Then she just basically never gets hit lol. Tora has some abilities and items you can get from TigerTiger that give you teamheals each time he gets hit - which can almost negate the need for a dedicated healer altogether. Best thing about Tora though is that he can hit mix HP with no added accessories. That's huge.

Morag just has to be built up. Some agility boosts, auto attack stacking items to keep her specials going along with aggro boosts, and she ain't moving. Also, when you're doing chain attacks... Tora is straight up gimped because Morag can use 3 blades. That's a lot of options.

Breh....i got Morag, but prefer Tora.
