A fleeting childhood
Syria wasn't always a war torn country. Believe it or not, without war, most Syrians would DEFINITELY stay in Syria over living in a place like St. Louis.
I'm sure most refugees from war torn countries would feel the same way. They have a history to the land but that doent excuse them for being ungrateful brats when they are forced to flee the country. Theres no mention of them trying to better the community they've been assigned to nor any attempt at understanding the circumstances that the people living there prior to their arrival are living through.

Another day, another thread about some obscure group of people who don't like black Americans. What's the point of policing ignorant opinions about your people? Explain this to me, breh..

It's one thing to say that immigrants do not have to deal with systemic racism as much as AA's and are thus in a better position to prosper economically (which is true, unjust and should be addressed), but who gives a fukk what a Mexicans or a Nepalese nikka thinks? :gucci:

If they have certain advantages over AA's in America, it's because the system was set-up that way by cacs and they're simply just gaming the system.

All that other shyt about feelings and opinions is just useless and diverts attention from the real issues.

There were hardly any Syrian refugees in the world prior to the war. Obvious point, I know, but it has to be stated. That was the case even in Europe. Most Arabs in Europe have traditionally been from North Africa, Palestine and Iraq. Not Syria.

I talked about this before but this Trinidadian girl(she was black) I knew told me when she came to America for the first time to live the Immigration officer told her and her grandmother not to associate with black people in this country. My best friends father told me that his African friends told him that the Immigration officer told them not to mingle with black people in this country as well.
I don't blame the immigrants as much as I do cacs for the smear campaign against AA's. The same way they used tribalism to conquer parts of Africa is the same way the diaspora is being pitted against one another.
Unity is anti white supremacy.

I'm a child of immigrants from Nigeria. From what I've heard from various folks from my parents generation (as well as their kids), they didn't have any issues with Black Americans when they initially came to the US (circa 1970s & 1980s), but their negative treatment by Black Americans over the years is what is responsible for them having the views they now do.

yeah, Most of my older relatives that came here in the 70's don't really have the same views of AA as the ones that came in the late 80's-90's when the violence, drugs and overall vibe in the hood was at its worse.

but yeah, a lot of this xenophobia comes from bad experiences, media, plus he fact that a lot immigrants are trying to assimilate into 'mainstream' america.

This is a valid issue. Just because it makes you uncomfortable doesn't mean it lacks validity.

Black folks treat other Black folks like shyt for a reason. It's a lot of internal conflict and this is mainly by poor Blacks to well to do Blacks that aren't celebrities

Very true the only thing AA's should be concerned about is what these groups are doing or what they are being given that directly effects AA's socially politically or economically. Who cares what some broke ass illegal Mexican guy thinks about black people.....

Overall black people are TOO emotional and put a great deal of value into people liking us. If other races/people like us (especially their women) then that's progress for us......While economic, social and political progress is valued by everyone else......

I learned real fast about how non-black minorities really are completely stupid to white supremacy and basic American history. To them it has to be like extreme klan member shyt before they know it's there. Many of them are on the Mr. Bunty "I want to be sooooo white" shyt. :francis:The amount of times I've gotten into discussions with so-called smart-Asians and they don't understand coming here via slavery and coming here on your own terms (with black people as a permanent deflection as well).
