I think it is. Also a problem making the game online only with no offline mode. Someone will crash a server or make it lag horribly.... No solo campaign was a bad decision!

Not to mention all those bundle consoles with the digital downloads. Live is taking a hit. I thought the almighty Azure Cloud servers were suppose to prevent this?
