I’d give it an 8/10

his rhymes weren’t quite as sharp but the production was top notch
Production was dope but for me, it just hasnt aged as well as his first 2 albums which are more raw, personal and intriguing. This was his "party" And big budget album which he deserved putting in hard work for years. I just rarely come back to it being a big X fan.

Problem was LOUD was tryin to capitalize on the buzz around everythin associated with X before the buzz died out

BUT X was on the road leading up 2 this wit 2 diff tours, up in smoke x and anger mgmt wit limp biz kit , problems wit people behind the scenes as well

Dre and them were riding the wave , every in 1 was on cruise control , so what went into the album didnt compare to the Previous 2 projects he dropped ...

The funny thing is every remix and feature he was featured on leading up to the release X absolutely destroyed

Thnk you for this input

X-Zibit is an interesting case

Dude had a HUGE buzz, album did well, then he started fading away and became a gimmick and a foot note in West Coast rap history

Yeah, he was sucesfull for a minute, but I always thought he was on his way to become bigger (PAUSE) on some Jeezy/TI/Luda shyt

I never understood why it did not work

The problem was that Restless had a great single but was overall disappointing and the album he released after that was complete trash.
