Sparking blunts in the shade.
After just accepting that I'm not wrapped tight for years I've decided to make a change, so I found a therapist. I'll be going once a week and hopefully I'll be able to get a little saner.

I'm low key shook that she's going to push a secret button half way through my first session and men are going to burst in the room and take me away to an asylum.:russ:

Naw for real though.:lupe:

Could've used the coli as your therapist for free. :francis:

She'll just give you a prescription for some pills that'll supposedly make you feel better, give you a bill, and send you on your merry way until the next session. :francis:

I'm letting her know off the rip I'm not taking any meds. And when I say crazy shyt on the coli I just get negged.:to:

Pawgistan
I'm sorry but I found this post :mjlol:. The irony of you being a highly pro black poster, or atleast from what I've noticed, asking if his therapist was a pawg.

We gonna need some pics if she is tho. :shaq:

You need to study your history breh. The white woman has been the only ally the black man has ever had :blessed:

That's impressive....many people just double down on their flaws and dysfunctions and embrace all kinds of self destructive behaviors and impulses as 'just the way they are', it's ignorant and stupid. It takes strength to address your issues straight up, and not just immerse yourself in them. I've benefited from counseling, cognitive therapy, rehab/treatment for addiction, it ALL helped. I always encourage friends, and various girls I've dated or been with to seek therapy for their range of issues including severe anxiety, depression, addiction, self esteem, etc....none of them do. And, I wouldn't rule out medication, that's extreme thinking. Be open to the possibility that a lightweight medication could help you. I never followed through with any medication, but that doesn't mean it couldn't have helped.
