Yahoo is locking people out of their email if they use ad blockers

I only check my emails on the windows email app and cell phone email apps. My primary emails are Yahoo and Gmail.

It's on them. I use a simple yet complex passwords. I don't have any problems with it. the uppercase and mixture policy is bullshyt. I've been using my email for a decade.
