Correct. I never anticipate this being an issue for me cause you can't single out my black baby when the whole class Black.

Already knew the results before even clicking the video

Always had teachers come to me monitoring what I was doing even though I wasn’t doing shyt and passing my classes with ease , those women looked at me as trouble….

Motherfukkers was really shook when both my parents came to school meetings as well as the other little black boys..,assuming we had no guidance

These white teachers live around 90% plus white folks and rarely interact with black people let alone black children. And when they do they're operating on nothing but stereotypes and prejudice towards them.

Little white kids get the benefit of the doubt while black children do not.
they're seen as disruptive.
they're seen as troublemakers.
they're seen as everything else except as children.

Every black male on this board who grew up in the public school system can tell similar stories. And a lot of times, it was the BLACK teachers who would pull this nonsense on me growing up
I grew up in a majority white neighborhood and I have to cosign your post for every reason you said and then some that's not a proper environment for a black child to truly learn about being black and embraced their blackness.

But I went to predominantly white private catholic schools and I was treated like an animal by some of these white female teachers and white teachers in general.
I mean getting dragged by the arm, getting pulled by the ear, getting sent to leave school early, singled out...I truly fukking hated my time in those schools even though I did get a good education there...what I went through was just wack.

Meanwhile the FEW black teachers I did have were the best and did none of that.

This is unquestionably true. I literally got called verbatim a "stupid black boy" by a bytch who was a substitute teacher for no reason at all (not that there is a valid reason to call me that). This bytch literally singled out every black boy in the class and even skipped my childhood friend after she asked if he was African (absolutely no cap). I was scoring 99th percentile on national standardized tests, had the best grades, was reading several grades levels above my own, and was dusting my peers of all races. Want to know the kicker? She was a black woman. This is why I laugh when dudes downplay the black misandry in society, a lot of you truly do not know the level of anti-black male hatred society holds ( even by black women). Divestor rhetoric has been out here for generations as well.

That’s a damn lie. A black women would never do that. That kind of behavior only happens on the internet.

Shyt is the same as a grown ass black man working among cacs.

I blew through my 3 months probation and never once called out, unlike other new employees. 6 months, no call out. 1 year no callout.

Of course, they couldn't wait anymore. So one of them had to let it drop in a conversation :mjpls:

They were waiting like, when is this nikka going to fvkk up?:lupe::beli:

TYRONE GA!
from 4th to 8th I was able to go to a predominantly black private school…the only “white” teacher we had was a light skin indian man lol…when I went to high school, it was back to all white teachers…and it took me about 2 years to adjust to that…many of them were obviously prejudiced

I don’t want to create the impression that white teachers absolutely can’t teach black students bcuz I’ve met some where the black students statistically fare well in their class to the point of performing on par with the white students but we all know that’s not the norm :francis:

you just gotta watch them mufukkaz and make sure they not trying to label your kid. Both of my wife's parents were teachers and she has a lot of friends who are in education. She knows the game. She makes makes it a point to be very visible in our kids schools and make sure the teachers and administration know who she is and who our kids are. Those relationships help a lot more than you think especially when some shyt may happen with your kid. They'll get a bigger benefit of the doubt esp knowing the parents.
