Depends on where you live. At one point I had a bonafide member of the KKK living next to me. We only found out because we saw the dude come back from one of those weird ass meetings they have one night. Confronted his son about it and he embarrassingly admitted that shyt.

It all depends on your neighbours

When I was living with the ex-wife we had 3 Karens as neighbors.
It was a townhouse condo, so a bunch of houses stuck together with a condo admin which were the residents donating their time as volunteers for being admins.
One complained that my window had condensation once, she also complained about me jumping the fence one day to catch the train, she complained about me regarding various stupid things.
Another neighbor will tell you about everybody's business, a real gossipy storyteller
And another one that is so by the book by for the stupidest things

It all depends on your neighbors, imagine living in a neighborhood where everyone was cool, how often does that happen?
