The belly is a result of bad food most likely because of a diet that relies mainly on eg fast food, soda, candy.
By eating 3 HEALTHY meals a day that include carbohydrates, protein and healthy fats AND ensuring you are hydrated by drinking water you can turn around the āinflammationā that causes the belly to be like this.
When youāre ready: get some exercise in your life.
I did the 30 day 100 push-up challenge. But I started with 50 push-ups a day for a week. Iād do 10 or 15 push-ups depending on what I could do and would then rest 30 seconds or at longest 60 seconds and do 10 or 15 more until I hit 50.
To do 100 will take about 5-8 minutes and you will be more tired, but over time youāll be able to do 20 and rest. I got up to doing 65 straight - this wouldāve been impossible only a few weeks before.
