Your EASIEST way to change this: change your diet.

The belly is a result of bad food most likely because of a diet that relies mainly on eg fast food, soda, candy.

By eating 3 HEALTHY meals a day that include carbohydrates, protein and healthy fats AND ensuring you are hydrated by drinking water you can turn around the ā€œinflammationā€ that causes the belly to be like this.

When you’re ready: get some exercise in your life.

I did the 30 day 100 push-up challenge. But I started with 50 push-ups a day for a week. I’d do 10 or 15 push-ups depending on what I could do and would then rest 30 seconds or at longest 60 seconds and do 10 or 15 more until I hit 50.

To do 100 will take about 5-8 minutes and you will be more tired, but over time you’ll be able to do 20 and rest. I got up to doing 65 straight - this would’ve been impossible only a few weeks before.
