Gave up pork and beef recently and started eating venison (elk), bison, ostrich, and gator. Also got swordfish on deck. Feel as good as I did when I went vegan, waking up early and everything, gym flow back on

then some jerk seasoned pan seared elk medallions with sweet potato a few days later 
and that shyt was considerably cheaper than the beef of the same cuts and size, with damn near no fat and twice the vitamin a, b, d, iron and erythang lil pleighbwoi
