I remember watching his Showtime special documenting and counting down the days before he went to jail and as much money as he had Floyd looked miserable and lonely.

Of course, giving props to ppl that have or have done cool shyt is cool. but we all know ppl that go extra hard with it. Where it is almost obsessive and shyt.

getting a new car, and stuntin for a bit is one thing, but to constantly flash it off, especially in front of ppl you KNOW can't afford that shyt is real petty to me.


But some small time bragging or stunting is all good too. But if you got money you don't need to show it off and throw it in ppl's faces like that all the time. and if you do...then why?

I agree with you about those that are over the top with it esp if you're not like a Floyd and this is part of your marketing. Its like mother fukker just post your shyt without all the theatrics even though I'm always happy for dudes doing their thing.

I also agree about showing off to people,that can afford it but being realistic that rarely happens like people make,it,out to be. Yes you get some dudes showing out but most times its people that you normally are around just you are doing better than them financially. I see the local d boys, good mome cats, etc "showing off" but they would be around regardless just so happens they got some $$$ bread over you. That's how I see most times. Its also,when people are mad at somebody this comes up just like if they get better girls or something else competitive than you not on the daily most times ime.

It was before and after actually. All of the people around him were fake and just waiting to be told something so they could be rewarded. Even when he was with Ms. Jackson afterwards you can tell she was just with him for the money and she genuinely didnt like him like that. They came off like business partners more than anything. He was in that big ass house lonely as hell even afterwards. He had to pay for people's company which seemed sad as hell.

With that being said I'll make sure my ass stay having fun with a 100 million dollars

The only problem I have with Floyd is that he let's his Money define him. If you take away all his money he would be miserable as fukk.

If you can't tell the difference between something normal and over the top I don't know what to tell you.

To me taking pics being front row is normal.
Taking a pic of the new house or car you just bought is normal to me. I don't think that's over the top.

But someone making a video counting out large stacks of cash and saying how rich they are and you ain't is over the top to me. It's borderline retarded and to me comes off as insecurity.(trying to make yourself feel better than other ppl because you have more money than them).


It's all context to. A millionaire doing millionaire things is normal. but most millionaires ain't going on roof tops and making it rain with dollar bills to look cool for the 'gram.
