How the fukk was Popeye's supposed to predict shyt would be this crazy. The two popeyes around me had lines wrapping around the building twice the 6 times I drove past over the last week and they got so bad had a line all the way out the door. I don't think any other fast food company has dealt with anything like that ever all for one item. Chik-fil-a can't be compared because not everybody there is getting the spicy chicken sandwich when they have the long lines.

You can't predict something going viral. There was stores that got no less then 50 customers a day now with lines 3-4 blocks up the street ALL ORDERING ONE ITEM.
The memes are funny but common sense will tell u Popeyes had no way of predicting the popularity of this thing. It got to the point Uber eats and doordash legit just took the items off the app.
