You don't have to drink it straight. Make a "tea": 8oz of hot water, 1-2 tablespoon of Acv, 1-2 tablespoons of honey to sweeten.

Ts also an excellent toner for your face

I do everyday. Apple cider vinger. Carbonated Mineral water. Cinnamon. And raw brown sugar with fresh mint.

Also ginger shots. I have one of those everyday. And a kombucha juice a few times a week.

Food is medicine.

It's bitter as hell, but you get used to it. It has so many health benefits to it. I drink it with water or actual apple juice.

It will help you internally if ingested, but will not do much of anything externally except make your scar smell like apple cider vinegar.
It is too acidic to just straight drink in large quantities, you'll damage your throat. You will need to dillute it.

(I train swords and knives so if it could fix scars I'd have a case of it... but instead it just cleans the area and makes it smell like vinegar. Applied it for a month til I ran out of the 24oz bottle)

You can also damage the enamel of your teeth due to the acidity. If you drink it with water be mindful to use a straw to protect your teeth. Get the kind with the "mother" in it, not the stuff that looks clear. It should have a cloudy look to it.

I used to drink the Bragg's version of Apple Cider Vinegar consistenly like 2 years ago, I stopped tho cuz I could never get used to the taste. It has hella health benefits though
