Orange juice is literally nothing but sugar.

We must change our food and beverage choices if we want to thrive as black people. Too much sugar, sodium, and saturated fats are far too prevalent in our community. Perhaps we should replace high sugar drinks like orange juice with something like unsweetened tea, water with a (small) spritz of lemon.

God bless

Amen.

Spazzed on a broad a few weeks back for making me a drink with pulpy orange juice. Wasting good liqour like that :scust:

Breh.

One of the first things I had to get an understanding with my lady on was that. I let her know that for her own purposes, she can drink whatever orange juice she wants. But if there's even a REMOTE possibility that its going to be used in an alcoholic beverage that I'm going to drink, it can't have pulp.

Real talk, I hate seeing little particles floating around the bottom of my drink. Doesn’t matter what kind of juice it is. Just a quirk of mine. So pulp gets a hell no, and any other drink with particles in it. I don’t drink smoothies because I don’t like the texture and grit :dame: I’d rather eat the actual fruit/vegetable.

We only drink water in Harlem :dame:
