In college their was a 24 hour gyro shop called buckeye donuts on high st I used to get up and eat some at 4am. Recently some shop tried to put cheese and pita chips on mine

Some places sell them with ketchup,mustard,pickle,cheese and all that bullshyt.

Street Vendors in NYC just call it "Red Sauce" and "White Sauce". Never knew the proper names for either, all I know is . Not every place sells it though, it's a very specific kind of hot sauce some of them have that's delicious. Rafiqi's (red and yellow with smiley face) is my favorite, they have multiple spots in the city.
