I remember the 1st time having prime riib(I was 22) , and they brought it to me and it was wayyy too pink for me. It had the mashed potatoes it came with even pink. Shyt turned my stomach. I don't need a good cut of beef well done, but damn that near raw shyt. It ain't good at all like that. It's chewy and raw usually and I've paid a pretty penny over the years trying to understand why ppl love prime rib. Fukk that ,cut that bytch into "rib-eyes" and throw them bytches on the grill for about 9 minutes and you've got a perfect steak. Still a nice crust and a little pink but certainly not over cooked.
