yall ever notice how asians dont really fw cheese? west asians traditionally consume all kinds of dairy like yogurt, kefir, milk, cheese, but after you pass india, the further east you go, the less cheese they eat. they seemed to have adopted the soybean instead. something interesting ive noticed. the dairy industry has been slowly growing over there... makes me wonder if they have trouble eating it.
