I’m currently blackballed. And I only found out after I interviewed for an internal position and murdered the interview. Dude even said himself “I think you’re the one but don’t say nothing just yet.” This was right around the time my yearly review came out and I got a “did not meet expectations” on that bytch. So of course, I didn’t get the position and I started putting two and two together. I’m almost certain when dude called my current supervisor to get details about the type of employee I am, she badmouthed the fukk out of me. All dude could say was “sorry.” I was like, okay. I see what the fukk it is.

Now, the review is bullshyt. Talking about how antisocial I am, I don’t participate in department functions and they feel like my attitude brings the department morale down all because I stay to myself. This bytch. So I said fukk it and started looking for jobs outside.
