Scum breh. Around 18/19 years old I got arrested over a BS assault charge. It was a bs case but I was still facing a felony. A public defender convinced me to take a plea bargain that had me pleading guilty to a lower misdemeanor assault that would be sealed in 6 months. Long story short, I could've beat that case easily because it was a family thing, and my family member would've never cooperated with the DA.

Why would you take a risk of going to trial if your record was gonna be sealed in 6 months anyway?

charged drop down to a misdemeanor and has been sealed for years. I can pass a background check easily for any job, but let's say if I wanted to be a cop, a correctional officer or even a school saftey agent, I'd be fukk because they'll be able to see sealed sh*t like that.

It was a bull sh*t charge, that would've been dismissed if I would have played the waiting game. The never would have gone to trail with the family member that called the cops on me not cooperating with the DA.

That's not the Public Defender though...That's your family not stepping up...

If it's family, why are the cops even at the scene to make arrests...?

Jewish lawyers are good simply because they've been around for a minute and know the judges and prosecutors, whom they built relationships with. they can cut deals that new lawyers or lawyers without clout can't. Black lawyers normally don't have clout. My family court lawyer was a Jew, my wife had a public attorney, they settled quick fast. Public attorneys are like the lowest of the low.
