That authentic Japanese Gourmet ramen...

The meal in the pic is the Tonadaku Ramen. And that's made with pork broth (the broth is cooked with pork stock for 16 hours), pork, and some other ingredients that I have no clue about. I go to that spot all the time though.

Yeah, theres a dope spot down here, Underbelly, looks exactly like what you posted, had it the other night, spicy as fukk, as I've had a little cold for a day or so....Brisket, noodles, sausage, egg, or you can throw octopus, chicken, beef, whatever you want really....but, when I was a child, top ramen was like all I ate, dry and everything, mom had the huge packs from Costco, and I'd just steal them for lunch everyday at school, against her wishes....

Real ramen is so good. The difference between real ramen from an authentic Japanese restaurant and instant ramen is like comparing Mexican food made for you by a Mexican family versus Taco Bell. No contest.

I was lucky enough to visit Fukuoka, Japan where Hakata (pork based) ramen was invented. They had a ramen food court with nothing but Hakata ramen. It was one of the most flavorable dishes I've ever eaten.
