Walked in Dollar Tree and I could physically feel my soul leaving my body:damn: Couple employees was arguing and ole girl didn't give a damn about getting in trouble, like she was legit tired. And at the end of the day they go home smelling like grease or old people musk:wow: It be some nice looking ladies of some of those fast food joints too, probably waiting on a man to pick them up.

I know everybody circumstances ain't the same, but folks gotta do something. Sell drugs, play basketball, anything to leave that spot. I used to work at Walmart and boy I tell you the struggle was real, ya boy was hanging on by a thread.:wow: Y'all know how many times I clocked in 1 hour late or took 2 hour lunches. I used to carry the walkie with me so when i was chillin outside I could be on the listen out:mjgrin: This one old lady was sitting at the table sighed and randomly said "I'm gonna die here":mjlol:

For real though I be nice to all of them because I know the struggle.

I moved up later in life, actually had to go back but I always tell people

The best job to get when you don’t have an education is serving tables

Easy to move up

And at a good restaurant you can bank

I’ve made close to 75k a year doing it

50 on the low end

When I got laid off from my job as a manager

I didn’t think twice about doing anything else but that

Good now though

Still pondering school

I know that feeling and it's sad.

Last year i was at chick fil a drive through. And doing busy times they have the employees outside in the heat taking orders.

Pulled up and it was a guy i remembered from high school. He said hey man you look familiar, where you from???

I had to pretend like i didn't know him too awkward

Breh, I remember I had a haircut appointment one day that I scheduled for my "lunch time"...knowing good and well I'd be out a for a minute :myman: and I had to drive to the atm cuz I was short $20.

I pull up to the atm but had to wait, a lady in a McDonald's uniform got there first, but she had no car. And I know the McDonald's she work at was down the street a couple blocks.

Anyway, she forgot to sign out, so I could see her bank info before it timed out...the poor girl only had $3.20 on a damn Tuesday eeaaarly in the month :mjcry:

Everytime I think about how tough I have it, I remember that atm amount. shyt is real out here brehs.

I’m older now

but I progress throughout life

I was young and I worked at a grocery store, then worked at Dodger Stadium, then went to college and got a internship then ended up as a longshoreman making good money and after working too much and dealing with supervisors I bounced to doing insurance as a claims adjuster

but I never shyt on anyone doing a job, cause that can be me again in that position

but I do hate the few who shouldn’t even be doing retail or fast food service cause of they shytty attitude and laziness

I don’t feel sorry for them really. I just understand their position and be as courteous as possible.

I remember working at a gas station for six months and it was still the worst job I’ve ever had. I dreaded going in there every day.

There was a dude I went to junior high with who was working at Wendy’s when I went in there like 4 years ago. It was a little strange, but I didn’t know his situation.
