The U.S. is expensive. Folks talking about $1,000,000 for retirement, shiiit I think you need at least $2,000,000. And everybody yapping about social security, the middle class and the 1%. I'm not trying to work at Walmart at 70 years old:scust:

I'll Iook into cheap U.S. cities, but if I don't make it, I think my end game is moving somewhere else. In places like Thailand rent is $100/month:dwillhuh: I wonder what's the cost of stabilized African countries:mjgrin:

The Truth
All the time

im thinking either Thailand, Philippines, or a country in Latin America (Colombia is cool af to me and most my friends Colombian).

Cheaper cost of living... I would even get a job at a bar (or hopefully own a bar).

There’s this dude on youtube that I watch called Dontae’s Boxing Nation who just talks about boxing, retired, and is opening up a boxing themed bar and hotel out in Thailand for the low low. shyt sounds dope af

Yes, to the Virgin Islands and/or Dominica. In the next 10 years, I want to take a serious look at properties and/or land there and build.
By default, I already have family land but I want my own.
