my sister used to be a BEAST at skateboarding. she was a straight tomboy. i guarantee if she stuck with it she woulda got sponsored

What is the state of the industry today? I'm seeing Rick Ross and Game do collabos with DGK. For the younger kids getting "sponsored" do the companies actually pay them or just give them free gear?

a lot of folks been doing collaborations forever..

whether it be rock bands, or rappers- there's been a connection.. it's just been that way, breh.. a lot of mutual respect & similarities..

and, some ams do get paid.. some, just get free gear.. there's a fine line.. most good companies/sponsors don't have to pay their riders to keep them around..

on some real sh!t- shoes are where your money is if you're a newer cat.. boards, ain't moving units unless you drop a guest board.. or, ya names Tony Hawk or Bam..
