i go to the korean grocery store and pick up a pack:

i'll usually put a lil paprika, garlic powder and brown sugar on the pork belly, then wrap the salmon with it. toss it on the grill until the bacons crisp, and :ohlawd: i'll take pics next time i make some

The salmon doesn't get over cooked on the grill like that does it?

I fukks with pork belly heavily...i might have to try this recipe this week.

It's interesting that this came up (a thread about smoked salmon and me being tagged in it) since just yesterday morning I ordered 1oz. of smoked salmon from Einstein Bagels but they had run out of it. Fish is very healthy especially fresh water fish such as Salmon. Just make sure that your seafood is wild caught and not confined farm raised stuff (which is not nearly as healthy). All seafood is permissible to eat in Islam!

I usually broil my salmon. Put some olive oil, salt, pepper and rosemary on it.

I put a cast iron skillet under the broiler for 10 mins, take it out, put the salmon on it, season the salmon, and put it back under the broiler.

I tried tuna steak for the 1st time a cpl months ago. It was good, but it definitely has to be seasoned, imo
