All consumer detergents are full of dioxane especially Tide. Do research

-use pods (especially if using your own machine)
-I personally avoid using softeners unless it's on bed sheets
- use wool balls during drying, they say clothes dry quicker but the real benefit is they pick up more lint, the more the better

Pre-treat the collar on your dress shirts with a oxyclean and water mix. Wash them all together on cold.

Wash jeans by themselves on cold.

Wash gym clothes with vinegar.

I'm a big man, living in a hot climate, that works out in the sun and sweats big.
