I havent worked out since 2006. I worked out waaay to seriously growing up because of my dad and expectations with football and wrestling. When I was playing in college, I got hurt very badly and did physical therapy my last year as an athlete (2006). I obviously lost mass/definition after that but I no longer needed to be a gym junkie either. I eat well and I have good genes so my body has stayed in good shape, better than most really, despite not doing shyt to keep it that way. I have a body that people don't believe I have not worked out in 10yrs. Guess its b/c of my frame but when I start working out in a couple weeks, its only going to be for upkeep and a healthy heart. shyt, I'm 30 now.
