To be more specific if you have never torrented: Download and install utorrent or bittorrent. Go to thepiratebay.org or another torrent site and search for Microsoft Excel. Download one of the torrents with a lot of seeders and from verified uploaders. Then follow instructions included in the download.

Why do you need Microsoft specifically? Google Sheets will do most of the same things for you and it's free. It also saves everything to the cloud so you can view and edit and share your spreadsheet wherever you go.
Excel is obviously better but Google Sheets will do in a pinch
