He may be washed up to nikkas that care about peripheral shyt like image & buzz. But musically & spittin wise, this nikka is as nice as he's ever been. If you got ears and love this rap shyt, I don't see how anybody can deny that this nikka TIP is still going in.

1st off I dig Ross music. Dude got great charisma & mic presence, but as far as overall rappin goes, he can't fade TIP.

TIP got it lyrically, flow wise, & streets hooks(they may be even there).
